Return & Refund Policy

FULL REFUND TERMS

The Buyer must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within three (3) days of receiving the puppy. If the veterinarian finds any health condition that you and your family are not willing to manage, you may return the puppy for a full refund.  This must be documented in writing by the examining veterinarian and a copy provided to Prayed Over Puppies.  The puppy must be returned within the three (3) day period for a full refund.  After this period, no refunds will be issued.

We guarantee that the puppy is in good health at the time of transfer. The puppy will have received age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming.  We will provide vet documentation as to the health, vaccinations & deworming.

1 YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE

In addition, we guarantee against congenital life-threatening health conditions through the puppy’s 1st birthday.  If diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian after the date mentioned above and prior to the puppy’s 1st birthday, the puppy may be returned to Prayed Over Puppies and we will replace your puppy upon a licensed veterinarian’s recommendation.   

 

Failure to complete a veterinary exam within three (3) days of adoption voids the Full Refund option and the 1 Year Health Guarantee.

Buyer’s Responsibilities

The Buyer agrees to (1) provide the puppy with appropriate food, clean water, shelter, and medical care & (2) not sell, rehome, or surrender the puppy to a shelter without first contacting Prayed Over Puppies.

Limitation of Liability & Hold Harmless

Prayed Over Puppies is not responsible and shall be held harmless for any veterinary costs, expenses, damages or future health / behavioral issues beyond the scope of these terms & conditions after adoption. 

 

​Prayed Over Puppies makes no guarantees regarding the puppy’s long-term health, temperament, size, appearance, or breeding capability beyond what is herein stated in these terms & conditions.
