Return & Refund Policy

FULL REFUND TERMS

The Adopter must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within three (3) days of receiving the puppy. If the veterinarian finds any health condition that you and your family are not willing to manage, you may return the puppy for a full refund.  This must be documented in writing by the examining licensed veterinarian and a copy provided to Prayed Over Puppies.  The puppy must be returned within the three (3) day period for a full refund.  After this period, no refunds will be issued.

We guarantee that the puppy is in good health at the time of transfer. The puppy will have received age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming.

1 YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE

In addition, Prayed Over Puppies guarantees the puppy against congenital, life-threatening health conditions until the puppy’s first (1st) birthday. If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses such a condition after the date stated above and prior to the puppy’s first birthday, the puppy may be returned to Prayed Over Puppies for a replacement puppy of the same breed when a suitable litter becomes available.  Written documentation from a licensed veterinarian confirming the diagnosis must be provided to Prayed Over Puppies upon return of the puppy.

This guarantee applies only to congenital, life-threatening conditions and does not include minor or non-life-threatening conditions, illnesses, injuries, or conditions resulting from environmental factors, neglect, or improper care.

 

Failure to complete a veterinary exam within three (3) days of adoption voids the Full Refund option and the 1 Year Health Guarantee.

Buyer’s Responsibilities

The Adopter agrees to provide the puppy with appropriate food, clean water, shelter, socialization and medical care.

Limitation of Liability & Hold Harmless

Prayed Over Puppies is not responsible and shall be held harmless for any veterinary costs, expenses, damages or future health / behavioral issues beyond the scope of these terms & conditions after adoption. 

 

​Prayed Over Puppies makes no guarantees regarding the puppy’s long-term health, temperament, size, appearance, or breeding capability beyond what is herein stated in these terms & conditions.
