Adopter Acknowledgement & Agreement
By signing below, the Adopter acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the following terms:
Deposit: A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit will be applied toward the total adoption fee. The remaining balance is due on or before the puppy’s “Gotcha Day” (the day the puppy is picked up). The Adopter may make payments toward the remaining balance at any time prior to Gotcha Day.
Pickup Age: Puppies may be picked up once they have reached 8 weeks of age, provided they have been cleared by our veterinarian and are ready to transition to their new home.
Final Payment & Pickup Deadline: The deposit will reserve the puppy until the puppy reaches 10 weeks of age. If the puppy has not been paid for in full and picked up by that time, unless other arrangements have been approved in writing by Prayed Over Puppies, the deposit will be forfeited, and the puppy may be offered to another family.
Required Veterinary Examination: The Adopter agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (3) calendar days of Gotcha Day. This examination is required to maintain eligibility for both the 3-Day Full Refund Option and the 1-Year Congenital Health Guarantee. Failure to obtain this examination within the required timeframe will void both guarantees.
Health at Time of Transfer: Prayed Over Puppies guarantees that each puppy will be in good health at the time of transfer. Prior to going home, every puppy will:
-Receive a complete wellness exam by a licensed veterinarian.
-Be current on all age-appropriate vaccinations.
-Have received routine deworming every two (2) weeks.
By signing below, the Adopter acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to each of the above terms and conditions. Adopter further understands that this agreement is contigent upon receipt of the $200.00 Deposit.
